1. Overview & Zero Data Retention

SocialOS is an authenticated adviser workspace and capital intelligence mesh operated by Shepherd Gate. We enforce strict in-memory Zero Data Retention (ZDR) privacy sieves that redact payment details, national IDs, and sensitive personal information before graph decomposition or downstream intelligence synthesis.

2. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

SocialOS accesses Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Calendar) data exclusively to discover introduction paths, track email engagement on active investment mandates, and log scheduled adviser meetings.

SocialOS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. Microsoft 365 & Third-Party Connectors

Similar strict scope limitations apply to Microsoft Outlook, Fireflies, Fathom, Granola, and WhatsApp integrations. Credentials and access tokens are secured in the multi-tenant credential vault and never exposed in client bundles.
